Alcoholic beverages can make you sick like beer, wine and even sweetened beer. Regular use can cause liver disease. Avoid it as much as possible. Cigarettes can cause lung cancer. Don't drink and smoke to stay physically and mentally healthy.
Eat well to be strong and healthy. Stay away from drugs that can make you sick because they can cause problems to your health. Certain medications can cause skin problems, internal organ problems and cause you to feel drowsy. So if you are travelling and driving or on your wheels, don't take sleeping drugs that can make you fall asleep like antipsychotic drugs or anti-insomnia drugs.
If you are on the road driving your car or your vehicle, stop somewhere when you feel drowsy. Don't rush and get the sleep you need before proceeding to your destination. It is important that you get the sleep you need, before proceeding to travel, otherwise, you will crash your car or your vehicle and potentially hurt other people. Drinking several doses of strongly flavoured coffee drink on a long journey will help you keep awake for a long time. However, sometimes this might cause irritability because of lack of sleep. Once you feel tired, go back to sleep and rest as much as you can before getting back to work for the activities that you have to do. Sleep can help your body to recuperate or recover from the tiredness that you feel and get you back to the work or job that you have to do.
Don't think morbid thoughts to live long and prosper. Morbid thoughts can cause you to commit crimes that may hurt other people and get you into trouble, including penalties you have to pay eventually. These thoughts might hurt you as well in the future or in the long run. They will even cause further problems to you and your loved ones because if you inflict hurt on others, they might hurt you too eventually.
