Love Blooms and Soothes

The night time air is quiet
Silenced by the stillness of the air
Affectionate to the senses
As it grows deeply into darkness.

Distance is not a hindrance
To the magic of affection
Never would it be a matter
For one to lose connection.

But love blooms and soothes
Tired and aching hearts that cry
Cry of sores and hardships
Vanquished by love and the strength it carries.

Enjoy These Treats

Slowly the clock hands move
Into the afternoon and evening soon
The skies darkens up above
And easily but slowly I see the moon.
Quickly the sunlight leaves
Making way for shiny starlight sparks
Daylight changes into night
As the warm breeze cools tonight.
Good evening to you wherever you are
I hope for your safety as you retire
The evening is a beauty you can't resist
So enjoy these treats which it insist.
