How To Avoid Severe Fatigue When You Are Older

  • High impact aerobics and other cardio exercises are best only if done for a few minutes.
  • High impact cardio exercises may be okay for children, teens or young adults but for people in their 30s or 40s they may not be good for the entire body. Especially if they are done for long periods or hours and a regular basis.
  • Sometimes long hours of high impact cardiovascular exercises or aerobics can, eventually, cause fatigue and muscle pain.
  • Keep your exercises light when you are older to avoid severe fatigue.
  • Slow walks, gentle stretching, slow movements or slowing down with any physical activity you have to do is alright.
  • Do not rush to avoid straining your muscles and help the blood flow easily or circulate properly and not forcefully.
