To My Children
If you had a rough day at work or at school, pray silently and eat some meals that you need for the good nourishment of your body. If possible, you can grow your food in your backyard or garden. Once you are able to grow the food that you need for the sustenance of your body, then you may reap the benefits of your grown fruits, vegetables and carbohydrate-rich food. The world is a vast place, and I am pretty sure there is a place where you can plant a fruit-bearing tree that you like, veggies, potatoes and grains.
People need food for their bodies. Therefore, I know that you will be able to grow some of the food you need for your nourishment. And once you do, you will be able to enjoy a big feast for you, your Dad, grandparents, siblings and maybe share or trade with your friends.
If you have the time to do so, we pray to God that you will be able to talk to each other, each day and that we, as parents can talk to you as well.
We pray that you will always be safe from harm and that you will always be healthy and strong. Take good care of yourself out there. Be with people whom you can trust and who will care for you as well. Be careful and stay out of trouble. Love yourself to be able to love others back.
We miss you and always will love you and perhaps spend some time with you.
