Warm Smiles
I was sitting by myself
On the front door steps
Of my aunt's home,
When I was reminded of you
And your warm smile.
I thought to myself
That the sweetness
In those curves of your mouth
Are truly lovely
To the sight.
I hope that it will
Remain as it is
Despite the troubles
That may come your way.
The warmth of your smiles
Keeps the day fleetingly
Beautiful to traverse.
On the front door steps
Of my aunt's home,
When I was reminded of you
And your warm smile.
I thought to myself
That the sweetness
In those curves of your mouth
Are truly lovely
To the sight.
I hope that it will
Remain as it is
Despite the troubles
That may come your way.
The warmth of your smiles
Keeps the day fleetingly
Beautiful to traverse.
