By taking good care of yourself, eating the food you need for a strong body, getting enough rest to wake up to another day and doing the responsibilities that you have to face is very important.
We pray that you are able to accomplish the tasks that you need to do, for you to do well in all the things that you are supposed to do and plan to do. Always get enough sleep and eat food that is good for your health and one that can give you the strength to do the physical activities that you are likely to participate in.
Try praying and mediation if you want to dispel negative vibes in your body. Praying and meditating helps in giving clarity to your thoughts and help you slowly heal your body from the strenuous activities that you have been doing for some time.
Stretch your muscles slowly and carefully to get rid of the tension that you may be feeling in your muscles and the rest of your body. Stretching will help make the blood flow better all over your body and move better as it passes through your heart.
If your back is aching, do some shoulder rotation which will help relieve the pains that you may be feeling. Rotate your shoulders forward and then backwards.
If you are having lower back pain, twist the torso from left to right then right to left. You may also lay flat on your stomach and slowly lift your upper body up with your arms on the floor and stretch your back muscles.
Drink a glass of water when you wake up, before breakfast, and always drink water after every meal. Make sure to drink water after consuming flavoured drinks. Water is best at rejuvenating your body with the essential liquid that will help you have good health and a strong body. Water is important when you are trying to cure any kind of illness. It helps in detoxifying your body from unwanted elements that hurt your body, help cure diseases that you may have and heal you from the sickness that you may be having.
Bathe or shower with warm or cool water after a hard day's work. If you had a tough day of physical or mental work. It is best to treat yourself to a good bath or shower. This will help relieve muscle pains that you may be feeling and cleanse your body of the dirt that you have encountered the whole day. Use a white soap for your sensitive skin and towel dry with a clean towel.
Sleep for at least 8 to 10 hours, for you to regain the strength you need for the next day's work. Sleep is good for the body to regenerate brain cells or neurons in the brain. Sleep can also help you rest your body, mind and spirit from the tiring activities of each day. It helps relaxes the senses as well and make you wide awake and attentive for the next day.
Vegetables, carbs (like rice, bread, potatoes), citrusy fruits, some meat, beans, nuts, other kinds of fruit are good for each day. It's up to you what you want to eat each day, but make sure you have some of these in your diet to keep your body healthy. If you have to eat some food with sugar, keep it at a minimum.
If you have some achy muscles, you can try giving them a massage for about 3 to 5 minutes a day. You may use any kind of oil that will help you soothe the pain. One soothing oil is efficascent oil which can be bought from your local drugstore.
Take a nap after 4 hours of work, if possible. If not, have an hour break after four hours of work. This break will help you rest your senses and get you back to work refreshed after the nap or break.
You can do some light cardiovascular exercises within the day, like walking. This will help you burn the calories you have consumed during the day and help your heart pump blood better and help this circulate properly inside your body. Ten to fifteen minutes of walking is alright.
Keeping a healthy body is essential to living a life that you will enjoy and have fun living. A healthy body will help you make some of your goals come true if you take good care of yourself and the people you love.
