You Have The Option To Say No To A Challenge That You Are Not Comfortable In Doing
You always have the option to say 'no' to doing something that you feel you cannot do. Every human being has their own quirks, limitations and strengths. Sometimes you may not be good at doing something because you may really not be good at a challenge that you are facing.
It's ok to say 'no' when you are not able to do certain tasks that you are invited to partake in or join in. Don't try to get into something which might endanger your health, well-being, future and maybe your loved ones. Before getting into something that you want to get into. Weigh the benefits that you will get from it. If the benefits outweigh the cost, you have the option to pursue that path, if you want to. However, accomplishing something that you want to accomplish, might be difficult at times. Therefore, you have to prepare for difficulties at certain times.
Learn about life every day. Learning about the world, yourself, your partner, your young ones every day is very important in making a happy life for you. As you see the world better and the behaviours of your family members, neighbours or community, you will be able to see how you can work things out and how you can protect yourself whenever you need to. Keep an open mind, but be cautious and careful as well with the people you love and care for. Taking good care of yourself is important, in order for you to take good care of others as well.
Keep yourself healthy, to keep the family healthy as well. Sometimes you have to say 'no' to sports and games that they are inviting you to play in because they can either cause you to get sick, get you injured, or make you disabled. If you are in your 20s, it is important to not abuse your body with high impact aerobics or cardiovascular exercises, because they will eventually cause muscle pain. It is recommended that you do cardio exercises but try to keep them light and easy.
