Scam, Scammers and What You Can Do If You Become A Victim

When an associate or a business partner scams you, they are likely to suffer the consequences, eventually. People scam other people and think that they can get away with it. Sometimes this person or people will also suffer the consequences of their action. Their scamming will eventually be known. 

Scams and shams happen when people least expect it at times. People scam other people because they want to get quick cash even without putting in any effort in the process of doing the job that they are supposed to do. Some need the money and they think they can easily get quick cash or goods even with minimal effort put in or without putting hard work into the job or tasks that they have to do. People who scam their partners or associates will eventually become known and they will likely be marked for the deeds that they have done. 

Some people do not understand the hard work put into the things that they get and they think that they are giveaways that should not be compensated.  Some think that they can get away with it all the time by bribing the authorities or if the authorities are actually their allies. This issue happens at times and some scammers get away with their scams because the authorities whom the issue was reported to consider the scam as not a scam according to their local laws. But do not fret, the force of karma do happen and this is something that we sometimes personally do not understand but it does have powers that work against the scammers. 

Scammers become known, eventually, or right away. And some do not feel guilt for the scams they do. They think that it is quick cash and some think that is all that matters to them. They do not think about the consequences of their actions, and some are actually prepared and all psyched up to go to jail for it as long as they enjoy the earnings or benefits that they get from the scam.  

There are various types of scams, scammers and sometimes it is hard to point who they are. 

Scam workers. Scam workers are people who apply for a job and are supposed to do a job that they were tasked to do but do not do them as they are supposed to do. They fail to do the job that they were tasked to do because they were not trained to do the job well. Some fail to do the job because they lack the knowledge on how to do the job they were supposed to do. The people who hired them can have the option to terminate their employment, train them, in case you want to give them a chance, to do the job that you want them to do. Scam workers are sometimes difficult to deal with, because sometimes, they may not be able to do the job that you really want them to do because of either language issues, lack of training to do the job, lack of skills that they need for the job, and sometimes they need more knowledge needed to do the job better.  There are some scam workers who really cannot cope with the job that they are supposed to do because they simply are not interested or want to do some other job because they do not like or are well trained in the job that they are supposed to do.

Failing business investments that eventually turn into scams because of inaction or lack of proper management by the venturing partner. There are business investments that fail because of improper management by the people handling the work that they are supposed to do. They do not handle the job well or because they have other intentions in mind. They may be thinking of other investments, other options that may be more beneficial to them, their families, associates and other concerned individuals. 

Trading scams. Trading scams happen when some people trade goods that are not at par or have the same standard as the goods that are being sold to the trading partner. These scammers may eventually become known and the trading partner will know of the scam anyway. Once they do, some of the people who were subject to the scam, will likely not like it. And they will perhaps take action against the scammers. Once the scammers are known, they will likely not be able to do the trading well the next time. 

Insurance scams. 

Life insurances are sometimes one of the most tricky scams ever invented in the world. These scams involve complex issues that say that the money you save in the insurance is going to be yours eventually when you retire, have an accident, get sick or die. This money you contribute to the insurance company that you pay is actually being used by the insurance policy-makers in various investments according to the laws of your nation, country, region or continent where you live.  It is quite a gamble when you enter into getting yourself insured because getting the insurance money may take some process and sometimes even fees to get the insurance returns or savings. There are insurance policies where you can get the benefits of the insurance for some insurance policy once you get sick or fall ill, die or are retired. 

Some provide benefits for the survivors of the policyholder. However, the returns are only commensurate to what you have paid in the insurance policy. They only can give you returns that were earned from the savings and investments made by the leaders of the insurance company. Sometimes, they say there is a definite amount of what you can get from the insurance and this will be beneficial for your retirement, your heirs, or your survivors. 

Be cautious about the insurance that you are getting for yourself because you are putting your money in some sort of savings that may be used by insurance policymakers to investments that you may not actually like or are happy about.

The mindset that people have their own right to think and do as they please, or the right to liberty,  is something that may be in their minds which is why they do as they want with whatever means they have. Because of this right, however, some devise ways on how to make their life the way they want it to be, despite the challenges or obstacles that they have as long as they can to get the things or make their dreams come true. And are willing to take the risk that they have to face for them to make them into a reality. 

For such issues, these should be brought to the proper authorities for the issue to be rectified. You can report the issue to the police, local authorities or tell you community about it so that they will be able to rectify the issue. When people are brought to the proper courts or authorities because of the scam, they will likely suffer the consequences of their action. Once they do, sometimes, some will simply be not happy being in jail. They may simply be there and still do as they please or device ways on how they can get out to do the things they like, and sometimes these things happen. 

You can do some research about where your money is going to so that you will know where it is going. Once you have the idea about where your money is going, you now have an idea of how you can use that insurance for your benefit. Some insurance like the Social Security System in the Philippines, allows people to make loans, in case there is a need for it. However, if you do not pay back the loan when you need to, the owner of the policyholder might not get the amount they are supposed to get once they retire or some portion of her or his Social Security might be diminished. Or, the lump sum that they will get, that they are supposed to get once they retire, might also be diminished. However, if it is really necessary to make the loan for the benefit of the living family members who need it, then sometimes you have to take the risk and make the loan.

Be cautious about where you are putting your hard-earned money before investing, venturing into a new business, trading or getting insurance for yourself. It is best to be careful than lose the savings that you have.

What To Do If The Woman Or Man You Love Cannot Commit To You Fully

There are instances when the woman or man you love or have given what you can to make her happy cannot commit to you fully. There may be underlying reasons why he or she may not feel so comfortable about being with you because of memories of previous relationships he or she had had. These relationships may either be pleasant or unpleasant at the same time. These issues may be plaguing him or her which is why he or she may be self-destructing. 

For women, she might be able to snap out of it eventually if she is given some time to himself or herself or if she mingles with other women or gets the chance to make some of her simple or complex dreams come true. If language is an issue, using a common language that you both know may be able to help her solve the emotional turmoil that she may be having. When you are away, some may feel the danger of being alone and some may feel the isolation. When a part of a family dies, the devastation is in the heart and minds of the people who have felt some form of love for that person, and the grief may last long and linger. Or, to save the remaining lives that still exist. Some men and women go to the extent of dying for the sake of their community and family which is truly a suicidal mission that they have taken but they probably saw the chance or some kind of opportunity to do something with the time that they have. 

Men and women are like seeds, when they are apart, they will not grow and blossom into a flowering plant or bear fruit. If they simply fall on the ground and be part of the soil, what good is there for human civilization and the homes built for the locality, community, kingdom or society that you have? However, letting lives wasting away in wars, conflicts, murders and brutality only brings more trouble to the world. One human being lost can be a big loss if you count the costs. Caring for each other is the only way to keep civilizations, societies and families.

If your woman cannot commit fully to you because she might know the danger that lies in the commitment that you want to have with her, do not be suicidal. Take things slow and do not kill each other. Take care of each other as much as you can because the world is a big place, there is a space for everyone. Do not be too greedy because greed might eventually backfire at you. It might even cause terrible pain that will not make you and your loved ones happy. When you are greedy you are risking a whole lot more than you think. 

Love your man or woman despite her or his limitations. She may not be the supermodel of the world that you envisioned her to be. She may not be the beauty queen of your dreams, the superman or superwoman you have dreamt of, a rich billionaire or multimillionaire, she may not be the smartest or the most beautiful girl or man in town but she may be the other half that might make your life complete. Treasure her as you live, even if he or she is far away or simply next door. If you are together in a home, you are most lucky because some men and women have to endure being far apart from each other. So, be thankful if you are together with your loved one or family. 

If it still does not work out as you wanted them to, think happy thoughts. Engage in a hobby that will help you make time pass. At least you are experiencing something new each day, learning something new each day, getting through difficulties each day and making things happen for you and your loved ones each day.

Love your woman or man and be happy with each other. The world is a big place and it can be dangerous, difficult and scary if you are alone. Some Places To Visit In Japan Aside From Tokyo

Osaka is home to the Universal Studios. It can also be reached by train. It is the best and cheapest way to get there if you intend to amuse yourself and see the Harry Potter castle. There are also several rides and shows that you can enjoy if you intend to bring the kids or your friends with you. There are also restaurants and food shops inside the amusement park where you can dine, eat and drink. Universal Studios also has its own hotel where you can check-in just in case you want to enjoy the other amenities of the amusement park.  

    

(Kyoto Shrines, Imperial Palaces and Buildings)

From Osaka, you can also visit Kyoto, where some shrines and some old imperial palaces, turned museum, can be found. From the train ride from Osaka, you can check out these old museums by buses that will bring you to the bus stops where these places are close by. If you decide to go to the shrine by the hill top, there are also several souvenir shops where you can buy various trinkets and items.

(Nara Shrines and Deer Park)

Nara is also reachable by train. Here you will find the deer park and some shrines. There are also foods shops and stores where you can buy food, souvenirs, cosmetics and other goods sold in the market close by the train station. 

Travelling in Japan is best in November or early December because the weather is cool and you can walk the streets without perspiring too much. There are also several western fast foods like McDonald's, KFC and Burger King just in case you do not want to eat local Japanese food. There also several Japanese restaurants all over the country where you can sample indigenous Japanese cuisine. Prices of food vary depending on where you are dining or buying your take out. 

One famous Japanese cuisine that you should try when in Japan is the Japanese Tempura which is bread-crumbed shrimp deep-fried and the shredded cabbage with sweet sauce. You might also want to try other Japanese dishes like sushi or other Japanese food which can be bought in convenience stores. Once you bring it to your hotel or your room where you are staying, you can microwave it and eat it warm. Nowadays, Japanese food cannot only be found in Japan. There might be stores near you that could be serving Japanese food. Sometimes you do not have to go to Japan to eat Japanese food. Local Japanese restaurants, food shops, stalls or catering services in your area might be serving local Japanese cuisine.

When going to Japan, it is best to have an idea or some knowledge of the train stations and their destinations. This is very important to know because the trains are interconnected and may sometimes be confusing. Travelling with someone who has some knowledge about the stops and destinations of the trains will be greatly helpful. Or, a map of the train routes will help you get to your destination. There is the alphabetical interpretation of the train stations and stops, but be always watchful of where you are headed or stopping to not miss your destination. You also need to make sure that you have the cash for the train ride to get to the stop where you are headed for. 

The bullet train from Nagoya to Osaka, or the other way around, maybe a little bit more pricey because the ride is quite far. However, you will be able to have a quick, smooth and relaxing ride if you take the bullet train. Make sure not to miss your train because they leave at the exact time on the ticket for you to get to your destination. 

Be ready for some walking as well. Getting to the train station or to other destinations can be done on foot if you want to save some money. However, if you want to reserve your energy, you can hop on a bus and pay some cash to get to your destination.
