What To Do When You Feel Tired


1. Rest, when you feel tired, it is better than being confined in a hospital bed.

2. Be happy with loved ones, family or friends.

3. Try some breathing exercises that will help get oxygen into your body and make you feel better.

4. Nourish yourself with food and water that will make your tummy happy and keep your body healthy. Try avoiding getting sick or at least be a little resistant to getting sick.

5. Pray for good health, and other good intentions that you want to have in your life. 

6. Working on your dreams to make them come true may be a little difficult at times but make them come true carefully. 

7. Be thankful for your blessings and what you have in your life. 

8. Appreciate your accomplishments and your experiences because they have helped you grow and be wiser as a person.

9. Live, love, care and be loved and cared for.

10. If the health problem is really something that you cannot seem to solve yourself, it is best to consult the doctors.

These are a few reasons that we can do when we feel tired, some might work for you and others might not. But they are worth giving a try.
