When Someone Dies or Has Passed On

Once our loved ones lay to their rest,

They join the earth as they depart,

Be with the elements of earth,

And join the internal God.

Our memories together will linger,

And times together will come to mind.

Memories of joy and happiness,

Will always linger in our minds.

But their spirits and souls,

Will forever be with us.
